How it works

From “tell us about them”
to on the air.

  1. 01

    Spill the good stuff

Fill out a short intake form: their hometown, hobbies, running jokes, the story they hope nobody tells. Ten minutes of typing, a lifetime of payoff.

  2. 02

    We hit the studio

Writers turn your answers into a full FM broadcast, DJ, newscast, commercials, traffic & weather, plus an original song written about their life.

  3. 03

    You get the card

A designed occasion card with your message inside and a QR code that plays the show, mailed for you, or delivered digitally for last-minute saves. The Radio Box tier adds a one-button speaker.

  4. 04

    Press play at the party

The room goes quiet, then laughs, then cries a little. The gift everyone talks about on the drive home, and replays for years.

The program

Anatomy of a Radiogram.

Every show is built like a real drive-time broadcast, scripted, voiced, and mixed by people who take silly things very seriously. Ten minutes, seven segments, one very surprised listener.

Every word is about them. No templates with a name pasted in.

  1. 0:00

    Cold open & DJ intro

A high-energy host who has clearly done their homework on the guest of honor.

  2. 1:10

    The News at Now

A breaking bulletin covering their greatest achievements and lightly exaggerated legends.

  3. 2:40

    Commercial break

Fake ads engineered from their quirks, their salad dressing loyalty, their garage empire, their group-chat typos.

  4. 4:00

    Traffic & weather together

Gridlock reported on the route to their favorite diner. Forecast: 100% chance of happy tears.

  5. 5:10

    Listener call-inYou choose

The station takes a call, and you choose who's on the line: familiar voices, sent in as voicemails from the people who love them; the DJ reading messages you send us, name by name; or a character caller we invent for them (their smoker, the dog, a rival bowler).

  6. 6:30

    The Song

An original, fully produced song about their life, in their favorite genre. This is the part everyone remembers.

  7. 9:10

    The sign-off

The DJ drops the bit for thirty seconds and says the true thing. Bring tissues.

The Big 4-0 for Mikey

Forty years of Mikey: a breaking-news exposé on the deck he started in 2019, a heartfelt commercial for the ribs that are always 'ten more minutes,' and a song about a man who has never once filled his gas tank above a quarter

Miss Denise FM

For 31 years, Denise ran the front office at Lincoln Elementary in Hazlet, New Jersey. Three principals came and went. She outlasted all of them. Hers was the first voice 400 kids heard every morning, and half the town can still do the impression. So her coworkers gave her one last broadcast. A full FM morning show with an audience of exactly one: her news, her traffic report, her weather, and a song written for nobody else on Earth. Denise isn't real. The show is.

How it arrives

It arrives as a card. It stays as a station.

You were going to buy a card anyway. A Radiogram is the card, a designed occasion card with your message inside and a QR code that plays their show. Mailed for you, or delivered digitally when the party is tomorrow. From there, choose how big it gets.

Questions from callers.

How long does production take?+

Standard delivery is 7–10 days from the moment you submit the intake form. Need it faster? Rush production (72 hours) is available on every package for extra fee. Order early for big holidays, Mother's Day and Father's Day slots fill up.

Is it actually personalized, or a template with a name dropped in?+

Every script is written from scratch out of your intake answers, the hometown, the hobbies, the running jokes, the story about the lawnmower. The song is an original composition about their life in a genre they love. If the show could apply to anyone else, we've failed.

What if I'm bad at remembering funny stories?+

The intake form asks the right questions so you don't have to be a comedy writer, we just need raw material. You can also invite family and friends to contribute answers, or have them record voicemails that go straight into the call-in segment, in their own words.

How does the call-in segment work?+

Every show takes one call partway through, and you choose who's on the line. Send us voicemails and it's their actual people: we email you a recording guide to forward, family and friends record voice memos on any phone, you upload them, and we clean them up and mix them in like real drive-time callers. Prefer not to chase anyone? The DJ can read messages you type in, or we can invent a caller for them. All three are included, and voicemails add about a day for collecting them. If you'd rather have a whole run of callers instead of one, the Voicemail montage add-on turns the segment into a montage.

What does the recipient actually receive?+

A designed occasion card, birthday, retirement, anniversary, with your own message printed inside and a QR code that plays the show. It replaces the card you'd buy anyway. We mail it for you, or deliver it digitally for last-minute gifts. The Radio Box tier delivers the show preloaded on a Bluetooth speaker with one-button playback, no phone needed, and The Single is a budget-friendly custom song, delivered digitally.

Can you keep it kind? My mom is sensitive about certain things.+

Absolutely, the intake form has a “topics to avoid” field and we honor it religiously. The tone is a warm roast: the jokes come from love, and the sign-off is sincere. We want happy tears, not awkward silences.

Will you share our show publicly?+

Never without permission. The demos on this site are either produced samples or real shows the customers explicitly agreed to share.

What if we want changes?+

Every package includes at least one revision pass before the show “airs.” We'll fix a mispronounced hometown, swap a joke, or re-cut the song chorus until it lands.
